How we work

A clear and transparent process – from profile review to approval.

Step 1 - Free Profile Evaluation

You fill out a short form about your academic and professional background, as well as your personal goals. We will then check whether our program is suitable for you or not.

Step 2 - Free Initial Consultation

If our program is fit for you, we will arrange a personal video call to clarify further steps and any open questions.

Step 3 - Program Selection & Application Process

We will analyze your previous studies in detail and identify suitable master's programs. We will match you with five to seven degree programs. We will then guide you through the application process.This program is currently focusing on master's programs in the field of electrical engineering. Further degrees will follow in the future.

Step 4 – Approval or Refund

You will receive feedback from the universities directly or through us.If you are not admitted, you will receive a full refund of the Application Support Program fee.

Step 5 – ISG Community (optional)

After your arrival in Germany, we offer you local ISG Community contacts and community events.

Our goal is not a quick application, but a proper and clean admission.

The Universities

We work with selected German universities that offer English-language master's programs in electrical engineering.The duration of the programs varies between 3 and 4 semesters and leads to a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree.Current application periods:
• Winter semester: September 2026 to February 2027
• Summer semester: March 2027 to August 2027We are currently focusing on master's programs in electrical engineering. Further programs will follow in the future.

A) University Application

We will assist you with your application process and focus on securing your admission to a suitable master's program and making your start in Germany easier:

Although we are confident that we will find a suitable program for You and secure you a place at university, we cannot guarantee admission. The same applies to accommodation, visas, and legal services.
If You are not admitted, all fees will be refunded in full.

No, we do not guarantee admission to a German university.
We offer professional support with the application process and only apply for degree programs that realistically match your profile.

Q2: What happens if I am not admitted?

If you are not admitted, you will receive a 100% refund of the application support program fee.

Q3: How many universities will I apply to?

We typically apply to 5 to 7 compatible universities, depending on your academic background and goals.

Q4: Can I choose the universities myself?

We provide recommendations based on your profile. You decide which universities are right for You.

Q5: Do I need German languague knowledge?

You do not need any knowledge of German for the selected Master's programs. However, we recommend attending German courses to make everyday life easier.

Q6: Is there any support available for visa applications?

We do not offer visa or embassy services. However, we advise students on the necessary steps to take after admission.

Q8: Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Installment payment options are available and will be discussed after a successful profile evaluation.
